1. Introduction

Welcome to Meta Forex Private Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all associated financial and travel services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our platform or utilizing our branches, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Foreign Exchange Regulations

As an Authorized Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Meta Forex strictly adheres to the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999.

• Identification: We reserve the right to demand original KYC documents (Passport, PAN, Visa) before processing any transaction. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate termination of the exchange request.
• Limits: All transactions are subject to the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) limits. By using our services, you declare that your aggregate remittances in a financial year have not exceeded the RBI stipulated ceiling (currently USD 250,000).
• Rate Fluctuations: Global exchange rates are highly volatile. Live rates displayed on the app/website are indicative. The final rate applicable is the one locked in at our physical counter or upon successful digital RTGS clearance.

3. Travel & Ticketing Services

Our travel concierge, encompassing air ticketing, global tours, and visa assistance, operates as an intermediary between you and primary service providers (Airlines, Embassies, Insurance Agencies).

3.1 Liability Constraints

Meta Forex is not liable for flight delays, route cancellations, or sudden policy changes enacted by airlines. Visa issuance is the sole prerogative of the respective sovereign consulate; we do not guarantee visa approvals and application fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. Financial Privacy & Data Security

We mandate the collection of highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

Your data is processed utilizing AES-256 encryption. We do not sell your transactional histories to third parties. Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy for exhaustive details regarding data handling.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Meta Forex, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption, irrespective of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed comprehensively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or operational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
